Happy New Year!
I am pleased to announce that Children’s Aid and Family Services welcomes Dennis Martin as Chair of the Board of Trustees. Dennis has served on the agency’s Board since 2020 and he and his wife Maureen have been long-time supporters of the agency’s work. Dennis succeeds C. Tyler Mathisen, a valued and longtime supporter of the agency who served as Chair of the Board of Trustees from 2018 – 2023. We are delighted that Tyler will continue to serve as a trustee.
Dennis comes to the role with 30 years of experience in law, finance and real estate. He currently works for PGIM Private Alternatives, the real estate, private equity and private credit investment management division of Prudential Financial, where he serves as the Head of Global Private Wealth & Client Solutions.
Throughout his career, Dennis has been active in various industry leadership roles, including as a director and chairman of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and currently as a member of the board of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA). In addition, Dennis serves with various church and community service organizations.
Dennis earned his law degree from New York University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. John’s University.
