Children’s Aid and Family Services hosts fall fundraising event, Denim and Diamonds
(Paramus, NJ) October 14, 2022 – Children’s Aid and Family Services hosted its fall fundraising event on October 7, 2022 at Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes. Denim and Diamonds was supported by 34 sponsors, attended by more than 200 guests, and was hosted by the agency’s CEO, Shavonda Sumter, and Board Chair, C. Tyler Mathisen, cohost of CNBC’s “The Power Hour.” Proceeds from Denim and Diamonds will benefit programs that support vulnerable children, adults and families.
Honored at Denim and Diamonds for their commitment and dedication to the agency and the community were Ho-Ho-Kus residents Holly and Frank Maschio. Holly Maschio is a member of the agency’s Board of Trustees and a longtime volunteer at The Depot Gift Shop in Midland Park, proceeds from which support Children’s Aid and Family Services. The Maschios have been supporters of the agency for many years. “Holly and Frank Maschio’s dedication to service embodies what is best about our community,” says Shavonda E.
