STRIVE Members Show Off Their Talent

STRIVE Day Program hosted an art show that spotlighted the creativity of the members. Paul Aronsohn, NJ State Ombudsman for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, opened the show by cutting the ribbon. A quartet string ensemble of students from Cresskill High School played beautiful classical music as families and friends gathered to admire and purchase inspired artwork. Favorite pieces were the subject of bidding wars that sparked friendly rivalries. This event was a celebration of the unique talents and abilities of our members. Everyone had a great time, especially the members, who gained a boost of confidence. Click here to watch a clip!
