125 YEARS OF IMPACT – VIRTUAL WALK/RUN 5K

Children’s Aid and Family Services is celebrating its 125^th anniversary!

We reached this milestone because of the steadfast support of friends like you. Your commitment to our mission has helped us evolve to meet the ever-changing social needs of the community and build brighter futures for hundreds of thousands of children, adults, and families.

Join us this spring, as we celebrate our journey by participating in our 125 Years of Impact -5K event, a virtual walk/run fundraiser to benefit vulnerable children, individuals and families in our community.

We invite you to be a part of this momentous milestone event by purchasing an event sponsorship, placing an ad in our digital journal, creating a team or making a donation.

Children’s Aid and Family Services, a 501(c)3, strengthens the lives of thousands of children, adults and families living in Bergen County and the surrounding communities. By donating to our event, you will support programs such as:

• Treatment foster care and adoption programs for vulnerable children and teens,
• Baby Basics which provides free diapers and formula to local low-income families,
• The Center for Alcohol and Drug Resources which provides community and school-based prevention and education programs, and peer recovery support services for those struggling with addiction,
• Community residences, specialized services and day programming for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities,
• Intensive mentoring for young adults who have left foster care and are transitioning into adulthood.
