Brief Strategic Family Therapy

Working in close partnership with parents and caregivers, our clinicians help families identify patterns that may be contributing to a child’s difficulties and build on existing strengths. Together, families develop practical strategies that encourage healthier interactions, reduce stress, and promote long-term stability at home. The goal of this service is to help strengthen families and deepen their connection.
Referrals are accepted through the Division of Child Protection and Permanency in Bergen, Essex, and Hudson Counties.
