Ricky has graduated from a therapeutic nursery and needs a family who will continue to advocate for the appropriate education that he needs. Ricky has proven himself to be resilient. He shows a strong ability to adjust to new environments.

Ricky currently lives in a foster home, but is in need of permanency. Ricky deserves to be in a home that will give him the affection and attention he desires.
