(Paramus, NJ) February 2, 2012 – Paramus-based nonprofitChildren’s Aid and Family recently elected Allendale resident Joyce Snider, Ed.D, as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for a two-year term. Dr. Snider spent more than 40 years in education, serving as a teacher and administrator in Ridgewood and completing her career as Superintendent of the Upper Saddle River Schools.

Additionally, Bruce M. Brady, Esq. of Ridgewood, NJ, has been appointed 1st Vice Chair. Robert G. Sommer of Ridgewood, who has served on the Board since 2003, has been appointed 2nd Vice Chair.

Ho-Ho-Kus resident William Paquin, CEO of Vertical Health, and Upper Saddle River resident Christine Kearney were recently elected to the Board for three-year terms.

Robert Saydah, a resident of Glen Rock and former Treasurer of the Board, is joining the agency’s Honorary Board.
