Shake Shack Helping Vulnerable Children

(Paramus, NJ) May 13, 2014 – Several little girls in therapeutic foster care, living in Children’s Aid and Family Services’ group homes, recently enjoyed dinner donated by Shake Shack. The girls ate at the restaurant located on Route 17 in Paramus, and the staff at Shake Shack has offered to provide free dinners to the children in the agency’s group homes every month.

“Going out to eat is fun for kids, and especially so for children in foster care, who don’t have many recreational activities,” says Bob Jones, Ph.D., President & CEO of Children’s Aid and Family Services. “We appreciate this generous donation from Shake Shack.”
